Job Description
Director of Operations Confidential St. Louis, MO 63045 We are seeking an executive level position for our Addiction treatment center in ST. Louis, Missouri. The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing general daily operations from a clinical and administrative perspective. This position requires experience in the Behavioral Health field including Addiction/Substance Abuse/Mental Health management experience. The Director of Operations acts as liaison between Executive/Owners and all departments.
Skills and Qualifications:
Management or director experience required in the substance abuse and/or mental health treatment setting. Knowledge of Policy and Procedures Ability to multitask and be efficient Well organized and detail oriented Knowledge of state and JCAHO requirements and regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with spreadsheets and data Ability to implement systems and process Responsibilities. 1. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of standards of practice and compliance with State and JCAHO requirements. 2. Demonstrates knowledge of Code of Ethics. 3. Knowledge of all functions within the organization. (Willingness to learn if not experienced in certain functions). 4. Works closely with management from all fields. 5. Provides for well-managed facilities. 6. Provides for clear lines of responsibility and accountability within all departments. 7. Involved in the staffing process, recruitment, hiring, overseeing, staff training and development. 8 Oversees general daily operations from a clinical and administrative perspective. 9. Provides reports for Executive Director and Board of Directors. 10. Helps plan, organizes and directs programs and services. 12. Gives assistance on budget matters. 13. Attends outside functions and conferences related to business development. 14. Perform all duties delegated by Executive Director. 15. Learn and implement software’s, programs, and other tasks assigned.

$80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
