Larson Financial Group LLC is looking for anexperienced and forward-thinking Operations Manager to lead andoptimize the technology and workflow infrastructure within ourinsurance department. This individual will play a critical role instreamlining operations, enhancing system efficiency, and ensuringseamless experience for clients and internal stakeholders. Theideal candidate will have a background in and/or exposure totechnology, process improvement, operational improvements, peopleleadership and management, and knowledge about the infrastructureof both life and disability insurance.

KeyResponsibilities:
Technology & Workflow Optimization:
- Evaluate,design, and implement workflow improvements using current andemerging technologies.
- Act as a liaison between the Insurancedepartment and IT/Tech partners to drive system enhancements andtroubleshooting issues.
- Lead automation and digitaltransformation efforts that increase efficiency and reduce manualtouchpoints.
- Own and manage the department’s operational techstack (CRM, policy management tools, eApp platforms, etc.
).
ProcessManagement & Documentation:
- Develop and maintain SOPs, trainingmaterials, and process maps.
- Identify and eliminate bottlenecks,redundancies, or inefficiencies across the policy lifecycle(quoting, underwriting, issuance, and post-issue service).
- Monitor KPIs related to cycle times, touchpoints, and error rates;use data to drive decision-making.
People Management:
- Lead,mentor, and develop a high-performing team of insurance operationsprofessionals.
- Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, andfoster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Align team structure and roles with evolving department needs andstrategic priorities.
- Encourage collaboration, innovation, andprofessional growth within the team.
Stakeholder Support &Training:
- Partner with advisors, client service teams, andcarriers to ensure smooth coordination and execution of insuranceprocesses.
- Train and support team members on new systems, tools,and workflow updates.

- Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
- An ability to manage multiple tasks and projectssimultaneously, while meeting set deadlines.
- Detail-oriented witha focus on quality and accuracy, and a high level of accuracy andaccountability.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentialitywith client information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’sdegree in business administration, Operations Management,Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in workflowautomation tools and technologies.
- Experience in the techindustry and/or insurance industry. Must be prepared for afast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and DocuSign
- Agile or PMP certification and/or experience in similar processimprovement methodologies. (Lean Sigma).
- Experience with projectmanagement tools (e.g., SMARTSHEET) is a plus.
- Proven experiencein operational management, workflow optimization, or related role.
