As the Operations Support Manager , you are responsible for keeping our internal operations running smoothly. You’ll manage the day-to-day needs of the office, oversee inventory and shipping processes, support our technicians in the field, and make sure all the details are in place so we can invoice our customers accurately and on time. This role is hands-on, detail-driven, and central to keeping things moving across teams. We’re looking for someone who’s organized, proactive, and a natural problem solver who can juggle a little bit of everything. You will be reporting to the Director of Operations. Key Responsibilities Office & Administrative Support Manage office supplies, mail, and maintain general facility upkeep. Coordinate repairs and services as required. Perform general administrative tasks for the Operations team Inventory & Order Management Maintain accurate inventory records in our system. Process customer orders, including packing and shipping equipment when necessary. Work Order & Case Management Follow up on tickets requiring additional information for processing. Communicate via phone and email with technicians, customers, and internal teams to gather missing details. Book technician travel, ensuring cost-effective and accurate arrangements. Technician Liaison Support Act as the primary point of contact for technicians regarding daily needs (e.g., pay discrepancies, app issues, travel arrangements). Provide prompt resolution to technician inquiries and open cases.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Operations, or a related field (preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administrative, or support roles. Strong organizational and follow-up skills Proactive problem-solver with demonstrated ability to find solutions independently. Comfortable with technology. Capable of troubleshooting basic laptop issues and quickly learn internal systems. Reliable, responsive, and adept at managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

$55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
