WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Site Operations Lead is a high-energy multitasker who can communicate effectively with interdepartmental staff and help our organization meet our goals successfully. Responsible for leading day-to-day operations within the park(s) along with ensuring that all equipment located at our customer sites is maintained effectively and efficiently. Safety audits, quality control, training, and documenting are key elements of the position.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manages the workflow of employees, creates team schedules, and delegates tasks Inspire and motivate employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives Assist guests with kiosk and locker operations Train personnel in customer service and equipment operations on kiosk and locker operations as outlined in the Go-Pod Operations Manual Analyzes complex situations and establishes a positive outcome for customers Acts as a liaison between the park and their guests to resolve concerns Maintains a clean and orderly area around locker locations by removal of spills and debris Assists with the repairs and maintenance of the mobility and locker products within the parks, including strollers, wheelchairs, ECVs, lockers, and other allied equipment Monitor operations throughout the company and look for ways to increase productivity and lower costs Prepares reports as requested by management Proactively combats loss prevention, partners with security and loss prevention on implementing stringent loss prevention measures
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
High school diploma or equivalent 2-4 years of supervisory experience preferred Excellent communication, time management, planning and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and/or holidays Mechanically inclined Professional attitude in a fast-paced environment Travel may be required Work with us and turn your job into a job you’ll love!
