The Company is seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Retail Operations Director to lead store operations and help drive growth. This is a highly involved, boots-on-the-ground leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail location, managing inventory, improving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a high-performance team culture. Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of daily retail operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance Manage inventory supply, ordering, tracking, and control to meet demand while minimizing waste Drive sales and profitability through store performance optimization and growth strategies Deliver top-tier customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Oversee employee recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management, and retention Build and maintain a positive, accountable, and productive team environment Partner with leadership on strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics Promote a hands-on, results-driven, and entrepreneurial company culture
Requirements:
High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred) 5+ years of progressive work experience (preferably in a retail or service-based environment) Proven management and leadership experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be able to work on-site in Columbus, Mississippi, 5-6 days per week, including overtime as needed
