We are seeking an experienced construction or factory supervisor who has a solid background in planning, scheduling and or logistics. The Operations Supervisor (Remote) 1. Learning and mastering or industry software to manage our billboard assets. 2 . Creating an annual maintenance program & schedule for all billboard structures. 3. Contractor Management- this includes but is not limited to finding, vetting, negotiating rates, assuring all required agreements are signed and insurance is correct and up to date. The OS will work with contractors (construction, electrical, vegetation, grading etc.), to schedule work, coordinate material deliveries, direct the contractors to billboard sites, handle any lessor notification/lessor requests, ensure that the contractors are following OSHA regulations pertaining to the work being performed and communicate additional needs or requests to the contractors or from the contractors. 4. Vendor Management- The OS will be responsible for working with and negotiating with vendors to purchase materials, coordinate structure fabrication, coordinate steel deliveries to the fabricators. 5. Location/Structural/Electrical Maintenance- The OS will be responsible for the repair of any and all maintenance issues that exist or arise. The OS is expected to contact and coordinate with the contractor(s) to resolve the issue. This shall include, but not be limited to tree removal, painting structures, structural issues, addressing electrical problems etc. The OS shall provide the contractor with documentation explaining what needs to be done and set reasonable deadlines to get the work done. The OS is responsible for all follow through with contractors to assure the deadlines are being met. From time to time a need may arise that is not addressed in the above-mentioned duties. The OS may be asked to help with, be responsible for, or resolve issues as needed The OS will report to the Director of Operations (DO) and keep him updated on project progress, contractor negotiations/issues, maintenance issue progress etc. The OS will discuss with the DO, before approving any changes, purchases, negotiations, project changes etc. Ultimate Goal! When driving by any billboard structure, this is what is seen: Clean tight vinyl’s / no loose vinyl’s or hanging ratchets or rods All safety equipment has been installed (ladders, cables etc.) Paint on the billboard structure looks good LED lights are installed and functioning (when possible) There are no trees or vegetation blocking the view of any of the sign faces Our logo is installed Board number is installed Permit number is installed Installers are wearing fall protection & following safety guidelines
