Responsibilities Handles employment decisions for direct report staff, includingdecisions to hire, fire, advance, promote or change status. Responsible for overall organization and financial management ofthe care center. Provides supervision to the clinical manager(s) who ensure thedelivery of quality care to patients. Maintains the image of the care center in the community, as well asstate and national organizations. Provides input, guidance and feedback related to marketingactivities and care center marketing plan to ensure that goals forgrowth are met. Ensures adequate orientation of every team member assigned to theircare center. Assigns and directs staff with appropriate skills to performduties. Provides leadership planning for staff education programs,administrative/staff meetings, in services. Encourages continuous education and staff development for all teammembers. Sets positive, attainable expectations, objectives andgoals for the care center. Ensures implementation of a performance improvement program todrive quality care, positive patient outcomes, and address negativetrends. Responsible for the delivery of care for all patients served by thecare centers by providing supervision and support to the clinicalmanager. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associates degree in business or clinical-related field. Two years of home care experience and at least one year ofsupervisory experience; or two years of experience inleadership/management in healthcare, home health or hospice. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business or clinical related-field with acurrent license. Home health experience. Current license to practice as an RN or other healthcareprofessional, specific to the state you’re assigned to work.
