The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn care, landscaping, and groundskeeping, with a strong focus on maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. This role requires the ability to operate various equipment safely and efficiently while supervising a team to ensure high-quality work standards. Responsibilities Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems. Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, fertilizing, and aerating. Oversee tree care activities including pruning, planting, and removal as necessary. Build and maintain landscape features such as flower beds, pathways, and decorative elements. Supervise team members to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Assist in the planning and execution of landscaping projects from start to finish. Regularly inspect equipment for maintenance needs and report any issues promptly. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate groundskeeping efforts effectively. Requirements Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping is preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team effectively. Ability to operate various landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards.
