This role requires someone who is both a leader and a doer—capable of working alongside the crew while also managing logistics, troubleshooting on-site challenges, and keeping the big picture in mind. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong leadership skills, and can effectively communicate with team members and clients.
Responsibilities Lead & Supervise:
Direct and work alongside a team to install and dismantle tents, tables, chairs, and other event equipment.
Big Picture Planning:
Assess event layouts, site conditions, and logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient setup.
Problem Solving:
Quickly assess and resolve unexpected challenges, such as weather-related issues, site restrictions, or equipment malfunctions.
Team Coordination:
Assign tasks, ensure efficiency, and motivate the crew to maintain high standards of work and safety.
Client Interaction:
Serve as the on-site point of contact, ensuring client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Logistics & Inventory:
Ensure all necessary equipment is on-site and accounted for, coordinating with warehouse staff as needed.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and ensure all installations adhere to company and industry standards.
Quality Control:
Conduct final inspections to ensure setups are secure, functional, and visually appealing.
