Position Summary We are hiring a Site Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our locations in Tupelo, MS. This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience who wants to work in a hands-on, team-oriented, fast-paced environment. The Site Manager plays a key support role to the General Manager and helps ensure smooth operations, excellent service, and strong team performance. Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in daily site operations Assist with training, coaching, and developing team members Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer service Help manage scheduling, inventory, and daily reporting tasks Drive membership sales Step into leadership responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role (car wash, retail, food service, or similar preferred) Strong communication and team leadership skills Comfortable working outdoors in a hands-on role Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Reliable transportation to and from work Benefits Competitive salary: $40,000-$45,000 annually (DOE) Commission and bonus opportunities Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Free employee car washes Ready to take the next step in your leadership career?
