Division Operations Manager Position Available In Marshall, Mississippi

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Division Operations Manager for one of our large manufacturing clients located in Holly Springs, MS. This individual will lead a team of 5 reports, some being international. This role will require some travel to various company locations.

Essential Functions:

To profitably grow the business and achieve Business Unit, Division, and Corporate goals monthly, quarterly, and annually. Works with current and potential customers to promote and leverage company technologies, systems, products, and services. Establishes and maintains premier customer service. Leads strategy deployment for the operation, concentrating on Lean Initiatives and Sales growth. Ensures operational efficiency and economy across multiple areas of the division. Accountable for driving Lean Initiatives throughout the operation to ensure they are fully embraced and implemented Ensures the operation has adequate inventory, production control scheduling, and shipping/receiving logistics. Develops a budget plan and manages operations within budget constraints. Maintains familiarity with the competitive environment within the geographical area of responsibility. Represents the operation at the Business Unit and Division levels. Provides leadership by promoting team concepts, coaching, counseling, retaining, mentoring, training, talent management, and individual development.
