The position is approximately 25-30 hours per week . Compensation will commensurate with work experience. Duties include but are not limited to : Processing applications by verifying eligibility, maintain and update a waiting list, execute leases, certifications and unit inspections, send letters to residents for past due amounts, lease violations, inspections or any other correspondence as needed.
