The Role We’re looking for an Evening Service Lead who brings a calm presence and a thoughtful approach to hospitality. This role is key in shaping the guest experience—guiding service with intention, ensuring the space feels cared for, and helping teammates stay centered and supported throughout the flow of service. The right person will take pride and ownership in what they do, offering genuine welcome and well-informed guidance through our food and wine menu. While this is a leadership role, it’s rooted in collaboration—leading through action, example, and quiet confidence.
