As we grow, we are seeking a dedicated Manager to lead our Candler operations. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Pocket Change Laundry location in Candler, ensuring excellent customer service, team coordination, facility upkeep, and driving operational efficiency. This leadership role requires hands-on management, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day activities, including staff scheduling, facility cleanliness, machine upkeep, and inventory control. Lead, mentor, and support laundry attendants, ensuring all team members meet service and cleanliness standards. Train new hires and promote a positive team culture. Maintain a customer-first environment—interacting directly with customers, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Oversee and assist with washing, drying, folding, and handling of both commercial and residential laundry. Ensure high quality standards are met and assist with delivery-related laundry items as needed. Ensure proper laundry handling, folding standards, and machine operations. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate repairs as needed. Enforce safety protocols, conduct facility inspections, and ensure compliance with local health regulations. Qualifications 1+ years in a supervisory, facility management, or customer service leadership role preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Familiarity with digital tracking or scheduling tools is a plus. Must be available for the Monday

• Friday schedule, with flexibility to occasionally cover weekends or support staff absences.

Must be available for scheduled weekday hours and cover weekends as needed. Able to reliably commute to 1517 Smokey Park Hwy, Candler, NC and relocate if needed prior to starting.
