Your Primary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Urology Supervisor. The Urology Supervisor is typically responsible for:
Daily Tasks:
Complete daily phone report.
Ensure team members complete their non-negotiable tasks from the previous day; address any missed items with accountability measures.
Be available for real-time support including supervisor calls, procedural questions, and issue resolution.
Audit logs of new employees to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Complete and submit timecards for all direct reports accurately and on time.
Weekly Tasks:
Monitor and assist any team members who are falling behind in performance or responsibilities.
Conduct 2-3 hours of employee audits per week to ensure quality and adherence to protocols.
