Go Roofing is hiring a Canvass Manager to lead our street-level outreach efforts in storm-damaged areas and help homeowners get the roofing support they need 100% through insurance!
What You’ll Do:
- Drive the branded Go Roofing van to targeted neighborhoods affected by storm or hail damage
- Lead and manage a small team of canvassers, hitting the streets daily to prospect homeowners
- Knock doors, build rapport, and book next-day or same-day roof inspections for our licensed roofing pros
- Assist homeowners in understanding the insurance claim process
- Recruit and train new canvassers weekly to build and expand your team
- Map routes and manage turf for high-efficiency results
- Be the on-the-ground driver of our growth in your region
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be insurable and have reliable transportation to/from the office
- Proven leadership or team management skills
- Sales or canvassing experience preferred (but not required)
- Hunger, hustle, and a winning mindset
- Able to work evenings and weekends during peak storm seasons
