Go Flooring is a fast-growing flooring company known for exceptional service, quality installations, and a commitment to making the customer experience seamless. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee daily scheduling, project coordination, and help keep our jobs on track from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily and weekly installation schedules for crews across multiple job sites Act as the central communication hub between installers, office staff, and clients Use business software to schedule jobs, monitor progress, and maintain up-to-date records Resolve scheduling conflicts or project delays quickly and effectively Manage job logistics including materials, crew assignments, and site readiness Support new hire onboarding and ensure teams follow company processes Monitor job quality and assist with customer satisfaction follow-up Work some Saturdays to support weekend installations and client needs

Requirements:

Experience in operations, project coordination, or scheduling (flooring or construction industry preferred) Working knowledge of flooring types (LVP, hardwood, tile, carpet, etc.) Proficiency in job management or scheduling software Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Able to stay calm under pressure and find fast, effective solutions Self-starter with a high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Flooring installation or estimating background Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience working with 1099 subcontractor crews Why Join Go Flooring?
