Position Summary:
Administratively coordinates andmanages hospital activities on a per shift basis under thedirection of CNO or AOC. Responsible for staffing patient careareas, coordinating patient admissions, managing flow of patientsthroughout the hospital and general supervision of hospital.
Maintains own professional growth and development in nursingleadership and required licensure. Communicates importantinformation to the CNO and other Administrative Team members asneeded.

Minimum EducationAssociate’s degree is required Bachelor’s degree is preferredRequired Licenses Registered Nurse in North Carolina is required
Required Certification:
American Heart Association BLS is requiredwithin 30 days of hire ACLS is required within 6 months of hirePALS is required within 6 months of hire
