Job Summary:

The Director of Finance Operations oversees core financial functions including revenue cycle management (initially focused on Professional Billing), treasury services, physician compensation, and managed care contracting. The role also manages 340B population compliance, conducts margin analysis for service lines, and supports other finance-related initiatives as assigned.
