Fayetteville, NC Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee and manage field operations, ensuring quality assurance, coordinating work schedules, and leading teams while adhering to company policies and safety standards, all while focusing on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Train New hires Manage contract agreements with all Techs Make sure Technicians is getting the needed help in the field at all times. Most be able to work weekends Make sure all metric is made every month. Most do weekly QC’s. Most do weekly safety inspections. Most do monthly truck inspections on all company trucks. Qualifications Most have Supervisor experience Most have cable and fiber experience. Most have a work truck or van
