We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager (OPM) to oversee the daily operational and administrative activities of our ABA centers. This role is vital to keeping both our clinical and support teams aligned, enabling a smooth and effective experience for the families we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with BCBAs and administrative staff to support seamless onboarding for clients and team members Implementing and maintaining procedures that align with company goals Monitoring KPIs, financials, and performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis Coordinating communication across locations while managing facilities and inventory Partnering with HR to oversee training, professional development, and employee satisfaction for Behavior Technicians Organizing and leading staff appreciation activities, team-building initiatives, and center events Assisting with community outreach programs and their execution Coordinating staff coverage for session cancellations and managing technician availability Providing consistent updates to clinical and administrative teams to ensure transparency Leading new hire orientations and maintaining a smooth onboarding experience Offering additional operational support to the Administrative Director as needed

Qualifications:
Experienced Leader :

2+ years of team management experience across multiple locations or departments

Academically Prepared :

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred—or an equivalent track record of leadership

Empathetic & Emotionally Aware :

Skilled in building relationships and leading with compassion

Effective Communicator :

Known for keeping teams connected and informed

Problem-Solver :

Meticulous, forward-thinking, and energized by fast-paced environments
