You’ll own the entire workflow—from the first emergency call to final invoice—while driving revenue, optimizing production, and elevating customer experience. Key Responsibilities Sales & Growth Set and hit monthly revenue, margin, and lead-conversion targets Coach inside CSRs and outside sales reps on lead qualification and upselling Cultivate referral relationships with plumbers, insurance adjusters, agents, and property managers Production & Field Management Schedule, dispatch, and supervise IICRC-certified mitigation crews 24/7/365 Enforce safety, quality, and documentation standards on every loss (DryLogs, Moisture Mapping, photos) Maintain fleet, equipment, and inventory readiness for rapid deployment Financial & Administrative Oversight Own P&L for the branch’s mitigation line of business Manage job costing, purchase orders, and subcontractor agreements Drive collections and reduce DSO by monitoring Accounts Receivable and negotiating supplements with carriers Insurance & Customer Relations Negotiate scope, rates, and approvals with adjusters to secure full coverage on every claim Serve as the customer’s single point of contact from initial call through certificate of completion Resolve escalations quickly while protecting company margin and reputation Leadership & Team Development Recruit, onboard, and mentor technicians, estimators, project managers, and office staff Run daily production meetings and weekly scorecard reviews Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous IICRC training Required Qualifications 5+ years in water mitigation/restoration with 2+ years in an ops or branch-management role Proven success hitting $2M-plus annual mitigation revenue

IICRC WRT/ASD

(additional certs a plus) Expert in Xactimate/XactAnalysis and carrier billing guidelines Strong financial acumen—job costing, margins, AR collections Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background & drug screening Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $80,000 – $100,000 (DOE)
