We are seeking a Helpdesk Manager to lead centralized IT support for 13 state-operated healthcare facilities. This role oversees daily helpdesk operations, ensures SLA compliance, and leads a team of support staff and shift leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage helpdesk team and operations (ServiceNow)
Ensure 24/7 support coverage and escalate critical issues
Develop SOPs and knowledge base content
Analyze performance metrics for service improvement
Collaborate on Epic EHR support and clinical system rollouts
Communicate with leadership and vendor partners

Preferred:

Experience with Epic EHR and healthcare IT systems.
