We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager (OPM) to lead the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our ABA centers. In this role, you’ll serve as the bridge between clinical teams and administrative processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both our staff and the families we serve.

What You’ll Do:

Partner with BCBAs and admin staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and team members Administer policies and procedures aligned with company goals Track KPIs, budgets, and team performance on a weekly and monthly basis Manage communication flow across centers and support with facility and inventory management Collaborate with HR to oversee training, development, and team satisfaction for Behavior Technicians Lead and support team-building events, staff celebrations, and daily center activities Assist with the planning and execution of community outreach efforts Coordinate coverage for cancelled client sessions and manage BT availability Deliver consistent communication updates to both clinical and administrative teams Facilitate new hire orientation and maintain smooth onboarding processes Jump in to support the Administrative Director with other operational needs as required

Who You Are:
Experienced Leader:

2+ years managing large teams across multiple sites or regions

Educated:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (or equivalent leadership experience)
