Pay:

$65,000/yr – $70,000/yr 3rd

Shift:

11:00 PM – 7:30

AM Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required, alongside good computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel. Effective leadership and managerial capabilities are essential, and prior team leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and experience in manufacturing and forklift operations are preferred.

Job Duties:

Provide direction to ensure team members adhere to all processes, procedures, and protocols within specified guidelines. Motivate and recognize employees for their achievements. Manage daily inventory, including raw materials, to guarantee an adequate supply for production. Maintain all safety and housekeeping requirements alongside ISO quality standards. Report and investigate accidents and incidents promptly Track employee time, including holidays, unpaid Time, absences, and Paid Time off. Coordinate daily departmental activities to maximize efficiency through optimal labor, equipment capacity, and materials utilization.
