Responsibilities:

Operations Oversight Lead daily operations across the warehouse: in-bound, outbound and put-away. Evaluate, refine and standardize processes. Continuous improvement never stops! Maintain and strengthen quality control and sanitation standards in compliance with all food safety regulations. Leadership and Development Direct and coach team members, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement. Expect excellence, while providing necessary training and coaching to produce the most efficient and effective team in the industry! Compliance and Safety Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, including HACCP, OSHA, FDA, and third-party food safety audits. Promote a culture of safety through robust training, inspections, and preventive maintenance practices.

Basic Requirements:

Demonstrated success by overseeing multi-functional teams in high volume, time-sensitive environments. A proven skill set and knowledge base of people leadership, warehouse and related practices and procedures. Prior experience utilizing system processes to effectively manage a produce warehouse. Produce Pro experience preferred but not required. Understanding food safety regulations, warehouse technologies and logistics best practices. Ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regular.
