Learn more at williamscci.com Key Responsibilities Supervise all jobsite activities including subcontractor coordination and field crew direction Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with project specs, safety policies, and federal regulations Operate and supervise equipment and machinery as needed Ensure safety meetings, daily logs, and site documentation are completed accurately Communicate daily progress to Project Manager and report any delays or concerns Participate in project planning, material deliveries, and equipment scheduling Enforce jobsite cleanliness, organization, and crew accountability Mentor and train field crew in company best practices, safety protocols, and quality workmanship Manage time efficiently and deliver projects on budget and on schedule Collaborate with inspectors, clients, and stakeholders during key phases Qualifications Experience supervising commercial or government construction projects Proficient with heavy equipment operations and field coordination Solid understanding of concrete construction, especially for bridges or similar structures Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable and able to travel for multi-day projects with per diem Tech-savvy and able to use mobile devices and project management tools Willingness to work overtime and lead by example in the field OSHA, fall protection, or lift certifications a plus (training provided if not yet certified) Benefits Weekly Pay Cycle Project / Performance-Based Bonuses Overtime Pay + Prevailing Wage Opportunities Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Training & Certifications (OSHA, Fall Protection, Lifts, Manufacturer Training) Tech Package (Smartphone or Tablet Provided) Company Vehicle / Car Allowance / Mileage Reimbursement Career Advancement & Apprenticeship Programs Travel Projects with
