Greensboro, NC Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Director of Operations to lead and scale the operational backbone of a future-forward, mobile healthcare non-profit. This individual will play a pivotal role in building and evolving the infrastructure needed to deliver high-impact, community-based care to underserved populations through innovative, mobile health solutions. This is not a traditional operations role, it requires a builder’s mindset , a deep commitment to health equity, and the agility to thrive in an evolving environment. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, systems-oriented, and energized by turning vision into action, particularly in fast-moving, resource-conscious settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations :

(50%) Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and onboarding Maintain the membership database (CRM), tracking new members, renewals, dues Produce monthly reports on membership metrics, i.e. engagement, renewals Continuously improve workflows for dues, onboarding, and renewals. Assist with preparation for board and committee meetings. Assist the Executive Director with scheduling and meeting coordination. Marketing & Communications (50%) Execute brand communication strategies to build the association’s brand, grow membership, and strengthen member engagement. Manage the association’s digital presence, including website, social media, and email marketing. Build targeted marketing campaigns to drive membership acquisition and retention.

Create and distribute content:

social posts, newsletters, announcements, and event promotions, in alignment with the association’s voice. Manage relationships with partners, vendors, speakers, and sponsors. Qualifications for this role 3+ years of experience in nonprofit membership, communications, or marketing roles. Professional proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional proficiency with online research (Google) Professional proficiency with creative tools (Canva or Adobe Illustrator) Experience with CRM databases (HubSpot and/or GlueUp preferred) Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills (you can write a professional marketing email and are excellent teaching new ideas to internal or external teammates)
