Lead & Manage Staff:
Hire, train, schedule, and oversee the performance of the Albany parking team.
Oversee Monthly Parkers:
Ensure accurate billing, customer satisfaction, and contract renewals.
Manage Revenue & Reporting:
Reconcile daily transactions, track revenue, and prepare financial reports.
Coordinate Event Parking:
Serve as the point of contact for event logistics, ensuring seamless parking operations.
Maintain Parking Facilities:
Oversee cleanliness, signage, and vendor management for maintenance services.
Handle Accounts Receivable:
Monitor and collect payments, ensuring timely billing and minimal outstanding balances.
Propose & Implement Pricing Strategies:
Assist in setting competitive parking rates based on market trends.
What We’re Looking For Experienced Leaders:
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising an hourly workforce.
Customer-Focused Problem-Solvers:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Financially Savvy Professionals:
Experience in accounts receivable and revenue reconciliation.
Tech-Savvy Operators:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and parking management systems is a plus.
Reliable & Adaptable Individuals:
Ability to multitask and work occasional weekends or evenings for events.
Licensed & Responsible Drivers:
Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Working Conditions Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, with some weekend or evening shifts for events.
Location:
Operating at various Albany parking locations.
Physical Requirements:
