We’re seeking talented and experienced candidates for the District Manager in our growing Automotive Franchise. The successful candidate will be responsible for the P&L results of all stores within an assigned territory. This position directly supervises 5-8 Store Managers and works closely with them to hire, train, motivate, provide safety guidance, and to direct all the team members of the district to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meets or exceeds company goals. A current and valid driver’s license is required. Prior automotive experience is required. Leadership and management experience is required.
