As the Bilingual Director of Operations, you will oversee all aspects of our client’s production and manufacturing functions. Lead cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, and implement process improvements to enhance quality, safety, and efficiency. $140,000•$150,000/yr.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations in production and manufacturing, ensuring efficient use of labor, materials, and time while maintaining quality standards. Develop and execute strategies to boost efficiency, cut costs, and increase profitability in alignment with company goals. Mentor and manage supervisors and staff to ensure teams are well-trained and meet operational targets. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve performance. Collaborate with leadership on resource planning, staffing, and capital investments to support business needs. Maintain workplace safety, compliance with policies and regulations, and regularly report KPIs on safety, quality, and delivery. Oversee equipment maintenance and production scheduling to ensure operational readiness and timely product delivery.
Qualifications:
Have 8-10+ years of manufacturing operations experience (5+ in leadership/management). Understand Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Bachelor’s degree is preferred along with experience in the printing industry. Know how to lead people, manage resources, and build strong interdepartmental relationships.
