Position SummaryWe are seeking a

  • Business Growth and Strategy Manager
  • who thrives on innovation, relationship-building, and results. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping define and execute our growth strategy, lead partnership development, create systems and processes, and oversee brand elevation and market positioningpowered by AI where applicable

  • Represent the company at networking events, community functions, and industry meetups
  • Qualifications
  • 5+ years in business development, strategy, consulting, or entrepreneurship
  • Proven success in
  • cross-industry environments
  • (professional services, consulting, tech, etc.
  • Experience creating
  • partnerships and collaborative ventures
  • Strong understanding of
  • brand development, marketing funnels, and digital strategy
  • Familiarity with
  • AI applications
  • in business, automation tools, and emerging technologies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, think strategically, and execute tactically
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
  • Bonus Skills (Nice to Have
  • Experience with CRMs, project management tools, or branding software (e.g., Canva, HubSpot, Asana, etc.
  • Background in consulting, agency, or early-stage startup environments
  • Graphic design or pitch deck creation skills
