1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: Leads Truist Branch Operations for the footprint which includes leadership of the Operations Managers (OMs), Associate Operations Managers, Operations Team Leaders, and Operations Partners supporting the Retail Community Bank. Critical to the scope of this role includes, but not limited to, footprint wide high risk transaction oversight and approval, security, facility and fraud events and a high sense of urgency to respond quickly and escalate as needed. The team is responsible for delivering high quality, productive and efficient results relative to delivering excellent client experiences and operational execution and efficiency through key partnerships with Market Executives and their teams. Driving key partnerships across critical business areas such as finance, risk management, compliance, legal, security, and other lines of business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide leadership and management of the Operations Teams in support of multiple Retail Community Bank markets which is across a multiple state footprint: a. Provide day-to-day strategy, leadership and coaching b. Establish key business priorities and assignments and manage the flow of information, working with key business and support partners and others lines of business c. Design, approve and coordinate the business routines supported by the Operations Team, to include the daily, weekly, and monthly routines and cadences, and play an active role planning and leading Operations Team leadership meetings and communications (via conference call and face to face) d. Ensue operation’s responsibility for assigned markets and operations manager’s responsibility for their assigned regions’ for the overall client service, risk management, compliance, legal, security and safety, and operational efficiency e. Lead overall talent management for Operations and specifically supporting the Operations Managers in assessing individual performance of the Operations team in areas of policy, procedures, standards and compliance. 2. Consult with and influence Community Bank management (including Market Executives, Regional Presidents (RPs), Retail Leaders (RLs), and Community Bank Operations) to manage the execution of identified opportunities in daily branch operations and the overall execution of branch strategies to mitigate risk and drive business growth. 3. Identify and implement strategic opportunities to drive improved performance and efficiency around sales and service operational effectiveness. 4. Represent the Community Bank on project teams and committees as an operations subject matter expert for client service/client problem resolution, system changes, compliance and risk management, as requested. 5. Lead execution and delivery of special projects, as assigned, in the general areas of problem identification and resolution, performance, and productivity improvements that ensure quality enhancement. (Ex. Policy and Procedural changes, Incentive design and delivery, sales execution changes, risk mitigation efforts, branch optimization changed, etc.).
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience 2. 10-12 years of experience in Branch Banking related business; Experience with Banking Operations, Sales and Service experience required 3. 10-12 years of roles with increasing levels of supervisory experience with direct and in-direct management 4. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to successfully interact with and influence senior leaders and teammates 5. Strong understanding and ability to apply branch operations, procedures, policy, and processes 6. High-level analytical, planning, problem-solving and negotiation skills 7. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
