Director of Operations – QSR Confidential Charlotte, NC 28202 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead our operational strategies and ensure the efficiency of our business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in operations management, with the ability to drive process improvement and strategic planning initiatives. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily operations, enhancing productivity, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization. Responsibilities Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms. Oversee project management initiatives to ensure timely completion of projects within budget. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across all departments. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business development efforts and expand market presence.
