Facilitate communication and coordination by acting as the key point of contact between different stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration between teams, customers & management.

Responsibilities:
Team Coordination:

Manage and oversee field service technicians and staff from service partners or customers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and according to schedule.

Client Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the on-site team, addressing any concerns or updates.

Task Assignment:

Allocate tasks to field service technicians based on their skills and availability, ensuring proper workload distribution.

Quality Control:

Monitor the quality of work performed on-site, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, company standards, and client expectations.

Problem Solving:

Quickly address any issues or disruptions that arise during on-site operations to minimize downtime.

Reporting:

Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding on-site activities, progress, and any potential challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, operations, or a related field. Alternatively relevant diploma or certification in logistics or operations. Experience in team management, project coordination, or client relations. Previous experience in a coordination role is an advantage IT proficiency: advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of using service management tools and ERP-systems is an advantage.

Technical knowledge:

understanding of electrical systems or experience with DC fast charging stations and their components is an advantage. Certifications like Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is beneficial.

Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and ensure tasks are completed within the required time frames.

Communication:

Ability to clearly convey information and instructions to teams, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.

Organization:

Strong multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and priorities efficiently.

Problem-Solving:

Quick and effective decision-making to resolve on-site issues or unexpected challenges with minimal disruption. Your duties may be subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the Company.
