As an Implementation Manager, you’ll be the architect of seamless transitions, ensuring new client success and driving operational excellence. You’ll orchestrate everything from logistics and training to recruitment and process optimization, making a tangible impact on our clients’ businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Develops implementation plans, manages logistics, recruits, and onboards.
Training:
Conducts orientations, implements training programs, and ensures quality standards.
Audit:
Audits new accounts for efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Project Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans, managing logistics, resources, and timelines.
Build High-Performing Teams:
Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence.
Optimize Operations:
Analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices.
Ensure Client Success:
Conduct audits and provide ongoing support to guarantee smooth and efficient operations.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s Degree. 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, training, or HR. Preferably existing experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Maintenance!
