PPC Manager:
Independently manage PPC accounts from strategy through execution, including campaign builds, audience and creative testing, keyword research, competitor analysis, ongoing performance optimization, and direct client communications. Lead the development and management of paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and tailor PPC initiatives accordingly. Implement effective account structures, settings, and budgets to optimize campaign performance. Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to drive maximum ROI. Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC efforts with broader marketing initiatives and client objectives, providing oversight to junior PPC team members to ensure strategic consistency and operational effectiveness. Prepare and deliver regular reports and recommendations to clients, ensuring clear communication of strategies and results. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain optimal performance. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 5-10 years of experience in PPC campaign management, with a strong track record of achieving client KPIs. Up-to-date experience in e-commerce account and shopping feed management Proven track record of driving results and achieving KPI goals in digital marketing initiatives. Experienced with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics, essential for effective campaign management and performance analysis. Familiar with Google Tag Manager and Google Merchant Center, valuable for enhancing tracking capabilities and managing product listings, respectively. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions; comfort in Microsoft Excel. Excellent leadership and self-direction, with proven ability to independently manage client accounts and effectively coordinate cross-functional teams. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in layman’s terms. Comfortable and experienced in using PowerPoint to effectively present strategic guidance and tactical analysis to client. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Continuous learning mindset to stay abreast of industry trends and changes. Certification in Google Ads and Google Analytics is preferred. Agency experience highly preferred. Do you possess the skills and experience to excel in this dynamic role?
