Quickly and professionally manage and resolve any damage claims. Manage crew scheduling and staffing to meet daily performance goals. Track daily performance metrics and make sure all procedures stay on point. Oversee truck and equipment check-in/out and handle shop closing routines. Order and manage marketing supplies as needed. Ensure all operations comply with safety and legal standards. Foster a culture that values accountability, punctuality, and operational excellence.
