Operations Manager- Bilingual Confidential Charlotte, NC 28202 Job description We are looking for an Operations Manager to join ourteam with nearly 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Tumi Staffing is the nation’s leading hospitality staffing provider with servicing hotels and resorts all across the United States. In this position, you will be leading the development of our team from the ground up, coordinating the recruiting, screening, hiring, training, and support of our team. Tumi Staffing Managers maintain extensive networks and a large candidate pool in order to fill positions quickly, and with the most qualified talent. You must be able to seamlessly communicate through multiple communication channels, with clients and employees, report productivity, ensure hours are reported correctly and on time, and ensure employees are paid correctly for every hour that they work. In addition, to perform a variety of administrative duties, including writing and posting job descriptions, filling out paperwork, creating training materials, and keeping records of all applicants and new hires.

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience as an operations manager or in an equivalent position. Excellent organizational and leadership skills Exceptional communication skills Familiarity with Office 365 Be fluent in EXCEL Ability to make decisions and solve problems Ability to manage the candidate selection process Be Proactive Working well with a Team Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position or related field Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
