Overview:
Guest Relations Coordinator is responsible for the overall safe and efficient operation of the House providing oversight of the facility and guests. Responsible for overnight guest registration and check-outs, implementing house policies/procedures. The Guest Relations Coordinator provides excellent customer service with empathy and respect. In the absence of House Stewart, responsible for conference/event set-up and break-down as needed.
Qualifications:
High School graduate, with college degree preferred. Minimum 3 years combined experience in healthcare, social services or hospitality services. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Although primarily day shift, have flexibility to work various shifts as needed. Strong computer, organizational, and communication (both verbal and written) skills. Ability to interact with others in a professional, courteous manner.
