Collaborating closely with the Area Director of Operations and clinical management, the DOO provides strategic guidance to achieve financial and clinical goals and maintains high standards of performance. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Operations, the DOO ensures that all operational, sales, and compliance objectives are met across assigned offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with Regional Directors of Operations to achieve agency goals in finance, staffing, compliance, and operations. Cultivate strong relationships with customers, clients, and key referral sources, actively marketing services to drive new business opportunities. Ensure compliance with State, Federal, local, accrediting bodies, and company standards in staffing, intake, recruitment, screening, hiring, and retention processes. Develop leadership and customer service excellence within Operations teams across branches. Achieve financial targets as directed by the Regional Director, overseeing cost containment and staff utilization within guidelines. Demonstrate decisive decision-making abilities and proactive initiative. Mentor and supervise Client Service Coordinators and Recruiters. Foster positive client and employee relations, promoting harmonious interpersonal dynamics. Ensure human resource requirements are met for all staff, overseeing orientation and guideline adherence. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Provider Relations. Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience in a supervisory or management role. Proven leadership in sales and operations. Adherence to professional standards and regulatory practices. Strong business acumen and professional appearance.
