The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset, capable of driving business development initiatives while ensuring efficiency in daily operations. This role is pivotal in managing profit and loss, implementing process improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes align with company goals and objectives. Manage profit and loss statements, analyzing financial performance to identify areas for improvement. Lead and supervise teams, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and morale. Implement process improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning decisions. Leads daily operations and implements policies to boost productivity Oversees client intake, waitlist management, scheduling, and communication Ensure program compliance and monitor effectiveness Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risks Identify areas for operational improvement Develop and maintain positive relationships with the local community and key stakeholders. Identifies opportunities for community engagement and outreach initiatives. Collaborates with local organizations to strengthen community ties. Supervises Lead RBTs, Office Coordinator, and HR Coordinator, providing leadership and guidance. Oversees content for social media platforms to enhance the organization’s online presence. Collaborates with CEO and Clinical Director to balance quality care with financial sustainability. Supports HR Coordinator in hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts for staff Works closely with the clinical team to ensure high levels of satisfaction and quality of care. Address client concerns and feedback effectively. Collaborates with leadership to help develop and implement operational improvements. Promotes and maintains a positive and collaborative work environment. Generates reports and analytics to support clinical and operational decision-making. Experience Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position, demonstrating effective leadership capabilities. Strong background in strategic planning, process improvement, and project management. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Familiarity with business development strategies and sales processes is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
