The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping management, ensuring that all areas of the property are impeccably clean and well-maintained. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage staff, implement cleaning protocols, and uphold the quality standards expected in a premier hotel environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the property. Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards to enhance guest satisfaction. Manage and train housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any guest concerns or special requests. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available for staff use. Monitor floor care procedures to maintain the quality of carpets, tiles, and other surfaces throughout the facility. Address any custodial or industrial cleaning needs as they arise, ensuring that all areas meet health and safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in housekeeping management within a hotel or hospitality setting. Strong understanding of floor care techniques and custodial practices.
