Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
Welcome and assist graduates, families, and guests with a friendly attitude.
Concessions Support:
Take and process food and beverage orders (where applicable), ensuring fast and pleasant service.
Transaction Handling:
Operate the point-of-sale system to process purchases.
Maintain Cleanliness:
Keep assigned areas clean, stocked, and organized.
Team Collaboration:
Work efficiently with fellow team members during busy event hours.
Problem-Solving:
