We are a high-volume e-commerce business specializing in refurbished wireless audio products, including Apple AirPods, Beats, and other popular brands. Learn more about who we are at . As Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of our business. You will oversee the operations team, take ownership of operational workflows, and ensure top-tier quality standards across testing, cleaning, and shipping. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help grow a brand. What You’ll Do Help build and manage a growing local operations team as the business scales. Monitor and improve quality metrics to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Test and troubleshoot wireless earbuds and other electronic devices for functionality. Deep clean, sanitize, and prepare inventory for sale using our end-to-end refurbishing process. Manage fulfillment logistics — including packing, shipping, and handling customer returns. What We’re Looking For Demonstrated experience leading or managing a young team, even in an informal capacity. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and foster team accountability. Experience in IT, technical support, or electronics repair is highly valued for this role. Process-oriented with the ability to meticulously follow established procedures and effectively train others on their implementation. Ability to multitask and manage a high workload with consistency and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work. Willingness to tackle varied responsibilities and consistently contribute, showing commitment to both tasks and team success. A strong collaborator, adept at both providing constructive feedback and openly receiving input.
