In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservations and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless booking experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and hospitality, with strong sales skills to promote our services effectively. Responsibilities Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms. Provide detailed information about travel packages, accommodations, and services offered. Assist customers in planning their trips, including hotel bookings and itinerary suggestions. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to reservations promptly. Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions in the reservation system. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies. Experience Previous experience in sales or customer service within the hospitality or travel industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of travel planning processes and hotel operations is a plus.
