Field Manager
- Erosion Control Erosion DeFence, LLC Monroe, NC 28110 Erosion DeFence Field Manager Erosion DeFence is an erosion and sediment control company based out of Monroe, North Carolina. We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic people to join our team as a Field Operations Manager.
- Field Managers are responsible for: Helping organize daily schedules for crews Assisting crews in determining what materials need to be loaded on the trucks for the daily jobs Meeting with project managers on the job site Maintaining open lines of communication with project managers Assigning field work reports to crew leaders Auditing field work reports and submitting to the office for invoicing Visiting job sites to track progress and integrity of work done by the crews•Job requirements: Reliable/dependable Ability to get to work•you will need reliable transportation to and from work Comfortable with regular exposure to weather conditions working outside Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to work well with others in a group setting Ability to work 40+ hours per week Work Saturdays as required•Field Operations Managers often work one Saturday out of the month to get crews started on daily jobs Experience with skid steer / mini excavator / tractor is a plus, not required Experience driving a truck and trailer is a plus•Benefits offered: Paid holidays Paid sick days and vacations days, based on tenure Earned personal leave Quarterly bonuses Company outings Holiday celebrations with cash raffles and prizes Pay will be appropriate to experience and responsibility.
