We’re hiring an Operations Manager to take the reins of our internal systems, field coordination, and day-to-day execution. This is a high-impact role responsible for running the office, driving team accountability, and supporting the company’s growth through clear processes and strong leadership. This role will work directly under our COO. Key Responsibilities Oversee all office personnel and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly Manage job scheduling, permitting, material ordering, and production timelines Lead onboarding and training for new team members, both office and field staff Troubleshoot and maintain operational technology (e.g., CRM, communication platforms, internal systems) Improve and enforce internal systems, checklists, and SOPs Coordinate communication between sales, production, and admin teams Track project progress and quality control across active jobs Support the leadership team with reporting, vendor relationships, and logistics management Qualifications 3+ years in operations, office management, or production coordination (service industry or trades a plus) Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing teams Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused Comfortable implementing structure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Tech-savvy — confident troubleshooting and managing platforms like CRMs, QuickBooks, or JobNimbus Excellent communicator — calm under pressure and proactive in resolving issues What We Offer Full-time, in-office role — currently based in Matthews, NC (relocating to South End Charlotte this year) Competitive salary based on experience Long-term growth opportunity within a scaling organization Direct impact on the trajectory and efficiency of the company
