Laboratory Operations Leader (Specimen Processing) Temporary Schedule (1st 90 days): 5:30pm-2am
Permanent Schedule:
3:30pm-Midnight
Monday – Friday with rotating weekends and holidays
Pay Range:
$24.85 – $31.08/hr Lab Sign on Bonus (Full Time): $5,000
Lab Relocation:
$4,000
Certification/Licensure/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Required. At least 2 years of laboratory experience, preferably in Specimen Processing. Previous leadership experience required. Works in a fast-paced environment.
Job Assignment Details:
Manage and oversee a team of 20 direct reports, ensure effective leadership and support, supervise the scheduling team to maintain efficiency and operational coverage, and provide ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
