This role focuses on ensuring efficient and effective operations for Carrier’s Strategic accounts. This includes managing day-to-day activities, improving service delivery, and building strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients. The role often involves optimizing processes, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns promptly
Understand customer portfolio requirements, which cover large, complex, multi-site contracts, contractual obligations, customer operating processes, and use of third-party platforms
Partner with service field branch organization to ensure that field activities comply with customer’s operating requirements
Track and report compliance with overall contract requirements Provide day-to-day communication between customer representatives and field service employees
Deliver required data to third-party platforms as specified by customers
Partner with the local field leadership teams to ensure maintenance visits, service calls and other customer requirements/requests are handled per the Service Level Agreement
Identify and proactively resolve operational issues that may impact key accounts, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum client satisfaction. Ensure that services are invoiced timely and accurately
Manage Accounts Receivable to guarantee on-time payment and positive cash flow
Generate and review reports related to Carrier’s performance of the contract
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED. 3+ years’ Operational Account Management experience OR 3+ years’ Service Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate or BA/BS preferred.
Strong preference for candidates with Operational Account Management experience in HVAC
Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop effective solutions
Knowledge of enterprise software (Salesforce, ServiceMax, SAP S/4Hana, etc.)
Project management and organization skills
Aptitude to manage multiple priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
